ALLEGED KIDNAPPPING BY BURGLARS BOY MAKES CONFESSION
GISBORNE, TnursdayFollowing inquiries made by the police to-day, Frank Gardner, the 15-year-old son of Mr and Mi*s H. B. Gardner, admitted that the story of his being kidnapped by burglars in the early hours of Wednesday was without foundation of fact.
