JURY DISAGREE
CHARGE AGAINST BANKRUPT CHRISTCHURCH, Wed. The jury again disagreed in the retr:al of Washington Irving Carney to a charge of bringing about his bankruptcy hy unjustifiable extravagance. The Crown Prosecutor asked for time to decide whether the case should he carried further. Carney was remanded until Friday morning.
