Rec. Nov. 4. 12.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. So anxious are the mfajority of the seamen to obtain their old positions back that owners are being overwhelmed with applications for employment. Many ships are being manned tonight but the police are still guarding the wharves. It is reported that an attempt will be made to form a breakaway Seaman's Union.
