BULGARIAN POLICE DISCOYER ACTION ORDERS FROM MOSCOW ONE HUNDRED ARRESTS

Rec. Nov. 2, 7 p.m. SOFIA, Monday. One hundred Communists have been arrested throughout the country. The police announce the seizure of doeuments laying down action orders from Moscow. One Communist was killed and one wounded during the arrests.
