AUSTRALIAN BOXER SAILS FOR DOMINION SURPRISE FOR MANAGER

Rec. Nov. 2, 7.0 p.m. SYDNEY, Monday. Mr GrifRths, manager of the Stadium, was surprised to learn to-day that the boxer, Ambrose Palmer, Australian middle-weight champion, had sailed on Friday for New Zealand. Mr Griffiths was arranging a toatch for Palmer against Hannaberry on December 14 and cannot understand his departure without notice.
