COMMUNIST DEMONSTRATION AT NICE POLICE QUELL STREET FIGHTS

Rec. Nov. 2, 7 p.m. PARIS, jMonday. Members of the British Legion participating in the unveiling of a memorial to Italian war victims at Nice were hissed and jeered during Communist demonstrations. The police were called upon to quell street fights between the Fascisti and anti-fascisti factions, in which one man was killed.
