Rec. Oct. 31, 5.5 p.m. BERLIN, Friday. As a sequel to his audience with the president, Marshal Hindenberg, the Nazi leader, Herr. Hittler visited General Von Scheicher, Minister of Defence, who was persuaded to modify his views. In exchange Herr Hittler promised not to try to establish a Fascistl militia or interfere with army matters.
