SNOWDEN'S INTERPRETATION OF COUNTRY'S ELECTIONS VERDICT POSITION STEEN GTHENED
RUGBY, Wednesday. Mr. Snowden, Chancellor o£ the Exchequer, said in an interview: "A great task awaits the National Government. The resnlt of the election gives it an «nanswerable right to speak and act for the nation, but not to pursue any party ohject. Great Britain's position in the world will be immeasurabiy strengthened."
