SIX YpUNG MEN.ADMIT TAKING PART IN BURGLARY EACH DETAILS HIS PART HAMILTON, Wednesday. There were six young men, whom the Magistrate, Mr. Wyvern Wilsofi, described as night raiders, before the Hamilton Court to-day. Four pf them — John Fenton (23), Qsv/ald P.ercy Smith 1 (22), Thomas Leslie Pfier (25), arid Riehard Frank Barnett (26) — were jointly charged with haying broken into the store of Leonard Charles' Polley, at Horotiu, on the night of July 5, and with haying stolen therefrom a quantity of goods to the value of £37 2s 3d. All made written statements, in whieh each detailed his individual share ih the burglary, which they said they deliberately set out to commit; All were committed for sentence to the Supreme Court at Auckland.
