BILL INCORPORATING PARIS CONVENTION PASSED REGULATIONS TO FOLLOW
WELLINGTON, Wed. After practically no discussion the House of Representatives to-day passed the Air Navigation Bill whieh is designed to enable the Governor-Gen-eral-in-Council to make regulations for carrying out the convention relating to aerial, navigation that was signed in Paris in 1919, and to whieh New Zealand was a party. When the Bill is finally passed by both Houses it is intended to issue regulations on the lines of the Imperial air navigation orders that have been made for the same purpose.
