The pamphlet in question is headsd "Nation Faces Bankers" .It picures the ex-Kaiser and Mr. Montague bi tnan, governor of the Bank of ..'and, and is captioned "The BriLa Navy at Jutland in 1916 beat he Kaiser: at Invergordon in 1931 it >ea: the Ilonourable Montague Nornar." Sir Bertram Falle said that the ■pirt of Bolshevism was abroad in h'eat Britain's premier port, and I'eedom of speech was abolished.
