BERLIN,. Saturday. The authorities at Kiel are promptly arresting and convicting the 120 German seamen who mutinied in Russian ports on Octoher 14. Hydroplanes and motor boats art rushing prosecutors and deteetives aboard ships where the sailors are refusing to work and they are being taken into custody and hrought before an emergency court. To-day 20 were sentenced to three rnonths' imprisonment, largely for disturbance, and were immediately sent to gaol. Otliers were remanded on the mutiny charges.
