Rec. Oct. 22, 7.0 p.m. EDMONTON, Wednesday. A twelve-hour fire at the Prince of Wales's -High River (Alberta) station destroyed 12 head of prize cattle. Dr. Carlisle, the manager, mobilised all the station employees to fight the blaze. The origin of the fire is believed to be spontaneous combustion.
