WELLINGTON, last night. All sorts of wild rtsmours are being heard in ihe Parliamentary lobbies at present, inchxding the reported formation of a new party. Likely members of the party, |iowever, deny tbat they have anything to do with the proposition. The pnblic would be well advised to wait for some definite announcement from an authoritative source before accepting I the present nebulous "People's Party."
