SOLDIER FARMERS'S DEATH
CAMBRIDGE, Thursday. William David Rennie, a returned soldier settler, aged 41 years, married, with a wife and four children, residing at Te Miro, near Cambridge, was found hanging from a tree at the back of his farm shortly before noon to-day. Deceased has been farming a Government section for the past 13 years. As a result of his financial position, his health had broken down. At an inquest held to-day a verdict was returned of suicide hy hanging.
