DANCED TO MADNESS

GIRLS RUN AMOK AT END OF DANCING MARATHON PROMOTER DECAMPS COLOGNE, Tuesday. One girl mad, a second girl on the verge of insanity, and the promoter decamping were among the excitements of a 30 days' dancing marathon which was begun on September 19. Twenty-two couples participated but only two continued after 531 hours. The competitors ate while dancing and were permitted 15 minutes' rest each hour to enable masseurs to reinfuse life into their Iimbs and for nurses to revive the semi-conscious women.
