Chinese cables received by the League of Nations allege- further a'gressive Japanese operations including the dropping by 12 aeroplanes of between 50 and 60 bombs on the Chinchow railway station, which was crowded, causing casualties and destroying several locomotives. The Chinese also complain that the Japanese are supplying the Mongols with arms and munitions.
