Rec. Oct. 13, 1.25 a.m. KOBE, Monday. A Chinese boy, who was arrested on September 28 for tearing Japanese military proclamations and handbills from the walls o/ Kaiynan city, on the Manchurian railway, was shot under the orders of Captain Iida at day break on October 5. Before his execution the boy wrote a letter to his parents regretting his action and testifying to the kindness of his captors.
