TOKYO, Wednesday. Mukden correspondents report that a second Nikolaievsk massacre disaster occurred last night. The Korean farming community in the country 70 miles north-east of Mukden, was attacked and pillaged by Chinese troops and bandits 3000 strong. A refugee at Mukden reports that 400 Koreans were killed. A Japanese scouting plane has been sent out, and it will be followed by troops.
