LONDON, Sunday. j The "Sunday Times' " Moscow i correspondent states that the Soviet refuses more than 7 roubles 47 kopecks for the pound, roughly equalling lOoz. of butter in the new State trading shops. The Soviet continues to peg the rouble, regardless of the soaring prices. The rouble is merely a bookkeeping symbol, not related to internal values.
