PEKING, Saturday. Definite confirmation of the charge that Japanese aeroplanes attacked with machine guns, passenger trains evacuating civilian refugees from Mukden is contained in a report to the British Consul-General at Teintsin by Mr. Thompson, general manager of the Peking-Mukden railway.
