AUCKLAND, Friday. The Auckland District Racing Committee to-day delivered its decision in the case of the horse Red Lion. The horse Red Lion and L. H. Wynyard were disqualified for life, qnd A. K. McFarlane was disqualified for 12 months, from April 21 this year. . . Fines of £25 each were imposed on McFarlane, J. C. Gleeson, M. Morris and W. Malyon. Wynyard was disqualified under the Rules of Racing 351, section 1, sub-section N, and the horse under rule 364, section 2.
