PERTH, Friday. Severe drought is causing the return of the police party sent to investigate the murder by blacks of two prospectors in the Rawlinson Ranges. The party lost three camels and was unable to replenish its water supplies. The expedition had planned ; to be away for six months. A search party last month reported that blacks near Sladen Waters had in May killed and eaten two prospectors named Fabien and Johansen.
