FALL OVER CLIFF

young woman's death CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. Winsome McGallan, aged 24 years, single, died in the hospital to-day as a result of a fall over a cliff at Scarborough late last night. It is not known how the accident occurred, but her cries attracted a resident nearby. It is estimated that she fell 200 feet. Evidence at the inquest by .the g-irl's father was to the effect that she had been in ill-health lately, and had been somewhat depressed. The inquest was adjourned.
