By Telephone — 'Post" Speciai Service. CALCUTTA, Wednesday. Fierce rioting occurred at Srinagar, Kashmir, where thousands of Moslems, infuriated by the arrest of their leader, attempted to storm the Maharajah's palace. The State troops aided the police to quell the disturbance. They were fiercely attacked by mobs who fanatically disregarded repeated cavalry charges, overwhelmed small detachments of troops, and killed and injured many riders. Scores of rioters were wounded.
