xciri-muuc j. uol KDJtJCUiav otri v RUKBY, V/ednesday. Lord Sankey announced at to-dajT's meeting of the Federal Structure Committee that there would be a meeting of the Minority Committee next week. It is anticipated that the committee will conclude the consideration of the four headlines tabulated by Lord Sankey which have been under examination during the past few days, by noon on Friday, and then the chairman will proceed to draft a report on the discussions. Lord Sankey said he would regard as one of the conditions of the proposed Federation, the inclusion of sufficient representatives of the Cham ber of Princes and their effective participation at a reasonably early date, but as to percentages, number of seats, and other matters, he would rather hear the views of the Round Table Conference delegates for himself. Views were subscquently expressed by a number of delegates. To-morrow the Committee will start a discussio'n, on the dilficult subject of Federal Finance as between the States and Provinces and the Central Government.
