WELLINGTON, Monday. No announcement has yet been made as to which two additional Reform members will receive appointments to Cabinet rank. It is anticipated that the names will be made known to-morrow morning. The new Ministry is to be sworn in to-morrow afternoon and the portfolios announced at night. Immediately afterwards the House will adjourn for a week.
