By Telephone — "Pos't" Special Service. LONDON, Tuesday. Britain recaptured the world's train speed record from Canada, when the Great Western accomplished the 77 miles from Paddington to Swindon in 60 minutes. At one stage the speed attained was over 80 miles an hour.
