The "Daily Herald's" Vienna eorrespondent says the country is seething with indignation because the Fascist revolutionaries were allowed to disband scot free, and even to restore their rifles, ammunition, and machine-guns to their hiding places. Those public officials who aided and connived at the revolt, however, have been dismissed.
