By Telephone — "Post" Special Service. VANCOUVER, Tuesday. A message from San Pedro (California) states that with her 130 passengers and 100 crew aboard, the liner La Peria (which is due at Los Angeles on Wednesday), the Panama mail liner Colombia to-day lay on a rocky reef off Santa Marguerita Island, 670 miles south of here, having gone ashore on Saturday before midnight. The passengers and crew took to the lif eboats and were picked up within three hours by the steamer San Matco and transferred to the La Peria on Sunday night.
