VIENNA, Monday. The Fascist revolt, which began at dawn, had ended by nightfall. The Socialists immediately called out their own militia, which had been formed of workers and the former Heimwehr', but meanwhile it became evident that the police and the army were not going to join the rebels, as the latter had planned. The police marched up to the barricades and barbed wire and releasing impisoned policemen and arresting the rebel ringleaders, including Prince Starbemburg, who was second in command of the rebels.
