DICTATOR PROCLAIMED Press Association — Copyright. By Telephone — "Post" Special Service. VIENNA, Sunday. There was a sudden revolt in the Austrian province of Styria, when the Heimwehr (or Fa'scists) carried out a carefully-planned attempt to gain control of a number of important towns. Following the successful occupation of six large centres, Dr. Pfremier, leader of the Heimwehr, proclaimed himself dictator of all Austria. Recovering from the suddenness of the attack the authorities mobilised the troops and recaptured two of the towns, but the rebels have established their headquarters at Leoben and are continuing the revolt.
