By Telephone-
LONDON, Friday. The "Times" Berlin correspondent states that while three Nazis guards stationed outside a Nazi restaurant were quietly talking, a group of Communists stole up in the darkness and cold-bloodedly shot one of them dead and wounded the others. The Communists then fired rapidly into the restaurant, wounding a fourth man. Threo of the victims recently deserted the Communists for the Nazis, thus provoking the terrible outrage.
