LONDON, Thursday. Unqualified disgust with the executive's indecent haste in causing Mr. J. H. Thomas to resign was expressed by the Birmingham branch of the National Union of Railwaymen in a resolution demanding Mr. Thomas's reinstatement until members have an opportunity to consider his case.
