THE AUSTRALIAN PREMIERS REQUEST FOR FURTHER ADVANCES APPROACHING PRIVATE BANKS MELBOURNE, Thursday. The Premiers' Conference has not yet received the Commonwealth Bank Board's reply on the subjeet of making further heavy advances for the alleviation of unemployment and the distressed wheatgrowers.
