CITY CRICKET CLUB
The annual meeting of the Rotorua City Cricket Club was held- in Mr. Musgrave5s rooms on Friday last. -Mr. Musgrave was in the chair, and there was a good attendance of members. The balance sheet showed a considerable credit balance. In view of the present economic situation it was decided to administer a "10 per cent. cut55 in the subscription and bring it down to 12/6 for the coming season. The following officers were elected : — President, Mr. D. Steele; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. R. P. Spedding, W, Galbraith, P. Kinninmont and A. Catt; secretary, Mr. A. Hewson; treasurer, Mr. H. L. Musgrave; delegates to Rotorua Cricket Association, Messrs. A. Alexander, R. Mason and A. Hewson. It was reported that the club was losing the services of three junior members, Messrs. Heley, Godsalve and Cottrell, who were joining the proposed new Old Boys5 Club, and the chairman accordingly wished them good luck in the new team. Four new members were nominated and duly declared 'elected.
