Galvin, £1 12s 6d; same v. |Ieta Hona, £2 14s 1 ld ; same v. Huna Keepa, £1 19s 4d; samp v. E. A. Relph, £2 4s; same v. Hector Rikihana, £5 6s 9d; same v. Marino Witariana, £2 16s 8d; W. L. Richaards v. R. Alexander, £2. Judgment Summonses B. Lowe was ordered to pay Kerkslake and Billens, Ltd., the sum of £20 8s 4d forwith, in default 19 days5 imprisonment. W. J. Benge was ordered to pay the Rotorua-Taupo Freight Company the sum of £3 9s 9d forthwith, in default 3 days5 imprisonment.
