ROTORUA, S FUTURE
FARMS NOT TOURISTS MAY MAKE THE DISTRICT PROMINENT FARMERS' VIEWS The opinion that Rotorua's future lay not so much with its tourist traffic as with the development of its rural areas, was expressed by Mr T. F. Jolly, district organiser of the Farmers' Union during the course of a meeting held in Rotorua yesterday, "More development work is being done around here than in any part of the province," stated Mr Jolly. "It is marvellous what the Native Land Board has done with the country out towards Guthrie. It shows what might be done here and what prospects Rotorua possesses. You are only just starting. In my opinion one day there will he a great number of farms in this district. It is not only your tourist traffic which is going to make Rotorua. Your farmers may do more perhaps for you in the loiig run." The back seat in the tram is always risky for colds and chills unless you use "NAZOL," the sure reraedy.
