By Telephone—

WELLINGTON, Monday. The hours of sitting of the House of Representatives will again be restricted this week owing' to the sittings of the Inter-Party Economy Committee, but the week should not be without its interest. It is expected that a Bill to provide for the licensing of alpine guides will be introduced early in the week and will be put through the House as quickly as possible. The Bill, it is expected, will embody the proposals of the alpine clubs. Another Bill which is to receive consideration this week is the Broadcasting Bill. It is stated that the Government has an idea of giving representatiin on the Board on a provincial basis.
