Motor Accidents.
A total of nine motor accidents oecurred in Taranaki during the weekend, the majority in North Tanarnaki on Saturday evening. Only one of the accidents, involving a motor cyclist, resulted in serious injuries, most of the eollisions being of a minor nature. Chinese Pets Two thousand goldfinches and 6000 strawberry and nun finches were among the arrivals in Sydney recently by the steamer Nellore.
