OSLO, Friday. The Government is considering the dispatch of an expedition for the relief of Sir Hubert Wilkins' Arctic submarine Nautilus. Captain Riisen Larsen, commanding the military aeroplane base at Bergen, says that 'planes are ready to go to the rescue, but there is no reason to lose hope yet.
