LONDON, Thursday. Thb mail bag received at No. 10 Downing Street daily resembles a treasury chest. Earlier gifts to the Nation, including jewellery, trinkets, and gold watches, were supplemented to-day by a eheque for £1,000 from a Doncaster toffee makOr and several cancelled war savings certificates and old age pension vounchers., One elderly lady sent to Mr Snowden £17 in cancelled vounchers.
