NEW BATH CHARGES
REVISED TARIFF.
12 BATH CONCESSION GARDS. A revisfed tariff of charges for the Ward Baths, embodying considerable concessions to both residents and visitors, has been approved by the Tourist Department, and will be put into operation shortly- Under the new tariff, a system of 12 bath concession cards will be introduced which will reduce the cost of baths to resident ticket holders to 5d and for visitors to 7d, in cases where towels are supplied at the bathsThe tariff has not yet been completely finalised as some details have still to be adjusted with regard to the charges for children. The other charges have been definitely fixed, however, and are as follow: — Single private bath, with towel, 1/3, single private bath without towel, 1/-; public bath, with towel, 1/-; public bath without towel 9d. These .prices are an increase upon those at present charged for single baths but this is compensated for by the concessions which are made under the ticket system; Eadh concession card is good for 12 baths and will be sold at the following prices: — - Private bath, with towel, visitors, 12 baths, 12/-; private bath, with towel, residents, 12 baths, 9/-; private bath, without towel, visitors, 12 ibath^, 10/-; vprivate bath, without towel, residents, 12 baths, 7/-; public bath, with towel, visitors, 12 baths, 9/-; public bath, with towel, residents, 12 baths, 7 /-> pqblic bath, without towel, visitors, 12 baths, 7/-; public bath, without towel, residents, J.2 baths, 5/r.
