COURAGE NOT LACKING
TRIBUTE TO MINISTERS. LONDON, August 30. Mr Wedgwood Benn, who was secretary for India in the late Labour Cabinet, addressing the executive of the Aberdeen Trades Council, urged none to doubt the sincerity or courage of Mr Ramsay MacDonald and Mr Philip Snowden. The late Cabinet was, he said, faced with a most critiCal financial situation, and Labpur's lue was to unitedly f ormulate a pOlicy imbued with a sense of responsibility.
