BILL PASSES UPPER HOUSE.

By Telephone— "Post" Special seivice. SYDNEY, Thursday. The Government Savings Bank Bill passed the Upper House after several sub-clauses had been addcd. One additional clause will bave the effect of limiting the period of the moratorium till the end of 1933. Previousty it had been for an indeterminate period.
