LONDON, Wednesday. ' The Trade.s Union Congress and the Labour Party are being urgefi to organise to carry out a nation-wide campaign, in uniting the full political and industrial strength of the workmg class movement to oppose the National Gove-nment's proposals. The Independent Labour Party has issued a manifesto declaring the formation of the National Government, means a new and intensified attaek on social services and wages, and adds: "Mr. Ramsay MacDonald and his Labour supporters have surrendered to tho dictates of financiers who have skilfully exploited the financial crisis they created for the achievement of political and economic ends they have been long pursuing.
