INVIGORATING BATH
After a strenuous exercise or a busy day of household duties the body and muscl.es need a tonio, and there is no better way of giving them one than in the form of a pine bath. This will restore suppleness to tired muscles and prevent undue fatigue. Measure a pint of pine needles, which can. be bought at a chemist's or gathered in distriots where pine trees grow, and over them pour suffieient boiled water tq make about two quarts of tea. Let
them soak for 30 minutes,- then pour the stfained liqjiid into a hot bath. After bathing rest for an hour or two.
