TO-DAY AND TO-NXGHT. The fiijal screenings of "Young Woodley" and "Woman, to Woman" take place to-day and to-night. This programme has proved very popular and has drawn crowds 'to the Majastic. "HOT FOR PARIS." "Hot for Paris" is one hig vigorous comedy. Capt. Flagg now strides a quartardeck. But the character remains umchanged even though? the puttees have given way to sea boots. Which is to 'say that Vie McLaglen's baek again in a boisterous, rowdy com'edy, making a bigger hit than ever, if that's possible. The pieture, a Fox Movietone all talker, is "Hot for Paris," which will be screened at the Majestic Theatre on Thursday and Friday, with a special matinee on Friday. It is all its name implie3 and the-n some. Fifi Dorsay is the hot mamma of the pieture and she possesse3 not only a eomely figure and pretty wit but a devastating Gallic charm whieh proves to be irresistible. Then there's E1 Brendel the Olsen of "The Cock Eyed "World" — could more be asked for Raoul Walsh, the director again shows his robust sense of humour and all round ability In fact he also wrote the story. The story revolves about the exhilirating adventures of McLaglen and Brendel on shore leave. The former, having won the Calcutta Sweepstakes spends most of his time eluding those whom he mistakes for cops. There are several songs in the film, all tuneful, and pleasantly sung. A thrilling wrestling pieture, "Ebert versus Pasha, the Terrible Turk," is added to the programine. The pieture contains a demonstration of various holds. The match is refereed by Billy Edwards, who was recently knocked out by Jack Dempsey. Ebert and Pasha speak into the microphone before the bout, and the most interesting events round by round are screened. A good selecttion of shorts go to make a tip-top programme.
