By Telenhone — "Post" Special Service. QUITO, EQUADOR, Monday. The President, Dr. Ayora resigned after the army had announced that it was in peaceful revolt. The military received the support of the citizens who paraded through the streets in orderly fashion, _ demanding that the President resign.
