ANCLO-BELGIAN OPERATIONS.
GUNS, PLACES AND PRISONERS CAPTURED. Loudon, Aug. 19. g A Belgian communique says: Colonel Molitor has occupied Saint Michael and established communication with the British from Muanaz. Anglo-Belgians and a Belgian flotilla captured Kagaoma, Udjiji and Molitor, also Futschugi, a huudr ed kilometres eastward of Kagoma. One hundred of the enemy were killed. Some Uermans were taken prisoner. Two 115 millimetre naval guns and other booty were taken.
ON THE RUSSIAN FRONT. ENEMY TRIES OFFENSIVE. REPULSED WITH LOSS. London, August 19. A Russian communique says: The enemy on the Zlotalipa front, westward ’of Podhaice, resumed the offensive with considerable forces, but were repulsed with great loss. We occupied Lysiecstary, upon the west bauk of the Bystntza. We occupied a series of heights in the direction of Ardeloz and continued oor advance in the vicinity of Korozmezo. A GERMAN REPORT.
